Yea just swap the shift rails. It's intimidating the first time but super easy.

I was wonderin about only putting in the hi/low range shift rail. And welding a piece of metal on the outside of the lil forks that the shifter moves. To hold the tip of the shifter right in place all the time. I figure the 2wd/4wd shift rail would just be extra parts. In the front case.
