How can they? A pickup barely moves with a 22r, how would a motorhome move?
I would guess floored the whole way.
How heavy do you think one would be? Maybe the same weight as having a full load of wood in the bed of a pickup? I ask becuase I frequently loaded the bed of my 81 2wd toy to the roof with wood and it would still get it better than any s10 or ranger I've ever driven. I can only imagine a heavy motorhome would run the same or better.
