Well it is what it is. :therethere: If we hadn't gotten this we probably still would be looking for something, or would have spent way more money on something else that was in better shape that you would have torn down anyway to make sure it was done right to begin with. :whip:
Once it's all said and done no one will be the wiser of what the poor guy went through! :cheer: it's all good!
