The slip-joint moves easy , by hand... when it is off the truck. I have double checked the rear drive shaft , it isn't too long(I've used custom d-shafts & stock ones... all the same length) Do you think that the drive angle ...the t-case to the d-shaft angle is too great? Do you think that I need to drop the t-case down a little bit to compensate for the lift ?  I use this truck as my daily driver... Approx. 150 mi. per day, 3-4 days a week. Thanks     Phil
