Re: Leaf spring re-arching

Years ago I had the rears re-arched on my 86 4Runner and it cost me about $100. It road like a stink bug for about 6 months and once settled in they were fine for many years.

I went to the same spring shop recently and the cost was going to be over $400 for the rears on my 88 pickup. I found some on Summit for about $150. I believe they were Skyjacker.

I found the part numbers for aftermarket springs and then typed them into Summit's search.
88 Pickup SAS'd, 3.4 V6, R151F Hybrid, Dual Ultimate, Triple sticks, 35's, 5.29's, HP front, V6 rear, Aussies, 63" Chevs, Anti Wrap Bar, Warn 8274 on Home Built Bumper
