Not too sure about a Holly carb on a Toy, those puppys don't get along with uneven terrain? Welcome to the board of erectors! 
Yeah- I put that carb on 4-5 years back and have 2nd guessed myself since. someday I'll pony-up for the weber- right now my money is better spent underneath. FWIW the holly kicks ass over the stock carb I drove with for a decade!!!
