Nice, I'd really like to build one as well.  I need something that I can air up 39.5" Iroks in a decent amount of time.  Thanks for posting up Phazertwo, it's nice to have some real world input on this project rather than just reading threads on the Internet.  That's a slick coupler.  Guess it's time to figure out some gear reduction for the motor to help out with the amperage pull.
