Im pretty happy with the old MTR's, im on my second set and never slashed a side wall yet. I have had TSL swampers and slashed them 3 different times. BFG mudders, 1 slashed. I generaly wheel up in Big Bear or the Hammers. The old MTR's are also the quitest for on road use in my opinion. Hope that helps
