Yeah I hear ya. I had to do mine at school while my truck was at home so it was easier taking all the measurments. It smoothed things up alot better and made my u-joints happy. Now i just gotta swap in my spare t-case that doesnt have the bad front out put shaft bearing. Lots of play makes for some crappy vibration as well =(
Good to hear it's going well. I've done many cut and turns and it just makes everything line up so much better. I never pay attention to how much I've rotated. I just set the angle where it needs to be and set the knuckles where they should be and weld it up.
