while the intercooler, and power steering cooler are mounted, and look good- they may not be permanent. priority lies in the radiator and cooling fans. i know i can get a much more compact oil cooler, and mount it wherever the hell- and i have a much smaller intercooler as well. when the motor and radiator are in, we will find out. ive used saab IC before, they worked very well until i wanted to push more then 12psi.
that being said- this motor is being built to peak at 7-9 and maintain that boost through its rpm range- teh saab IC was designed for a very small motor, and i think that the 2jz will flow enough CFM to turn it into in inter-heater, as i will probably flow way more then what it can efficiantly cool.
if i cannot use the massive volvo IC, i will likely use a stock supra IC and side mount it- it the location that the batery used to sit on this truck
