I searched on here for 8274s and not a single thread was found.  So I'll break the ice with some I spotted of YotaJoshs and others I've seen on the interweb.  I'm basically set on doing one similar to YotaJosh's, but thought I'd add this for people who were contemplating using the best winch ever made on their trucks as well.
