I have a lot of pictures but they are all in high quality and it takes forever to make them small enough to fit on this forum. I will get some up soon though I promise

If you are running Win XP like any normal human being, then I highly recommend Microsoft's Image Resizer Powertoy (filename: ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe, size 520 KB)

This program is extremely simple and efficient. Install it and then browse to your folder containing your pictures. Select the picture(s) you want to resize (hold down Ctrl and click on each file to select multiple files), and then right-click on one of them. The right-click menu will popup. Locate and click on "Resize Pictures". A small, simple dialog box will appear from which you can resize pictures automatically. I have limited picture resolutions here to be 800 pixels wide and 800 pixels tall, so resize accordingly. I usually use the Small 640x480 option, but if I have a pic with more detail I want to show, then I'll go with the Medium 800x600 size.

The new, resized pictures will be saved in the same folder as the originals with "(Small)", "(Medium)", etcetera appended to the new file's filename-

You could highlight all of the photos in your directory and do this procedure for a simple 1-mouse click resize process of thousands of pics
