You will also likely need new spring center pins and u-bolts.
You wont need new shocks, but your old stock shocks wont really work well either, it all depends on how much lift you get w/the remodeled springs and the travel the shocks have now. You will likely end up with the stock shocks maxed out at ride height if you get 3-4" of lift from rebuilding the springs.
General rule of thumb is for every inch you move up you need to widen your track width by 1.5", to maintain a good center of gravity, and is why it is recommended to lift as little as needed and cut what hits.
