i love it. been watching all the fights for prob 2-3 years but have been off and on following ufc from the begining. back when you had rent them and it was bare knuckle and wresting shoes. i was doing ju jitsu for a while but after i screwed my neck up in Iraq i dont know if i will ever be able to go hard with out major risk. In a year i want to start training stand up. not as hard on the neck and spine. its all good times. we have a awsome school the best part is training with friends.

cant knock Alves, he was so out matched. GSP is a freak look how he made Bj Penn look and BJ is insane prodigy good. its time for GSP to move up in weight. it is getting boring watching him smash fools. give Alves more time he is going to be some body.

some of my fav fighters
of course A. silva THE BEST. super classy. used to be vary entertaining
chuck lidell; for all time. not these days but still
clay guida; for his ability to push a fight/ energy
layota; for his dedication
uriah faber; he is from my home town Sac. he is an animal. my boy works at his gym. hella chill guy
joe stevenson; he is a guest instructor at my school right now. not the best fighter but the best guy
royce gracie for putting bjj on the map
chuck norris....... he dont fight any more but imagine if he did????????

got another 85 runner. build coming soon!!
