Could be alot of things jss. The fact that it is only on decel tells me that its most likely a gear problem rather then a bearing problem. Yet you said in neutral it does it which means that its most likely a problem in either one of the cases (doubt it but maybe) or related to the mainshaft
. However in neutral your sleeves are all in the disengaged position.
