You may have ate through the hard line.  I don't know why ARB chose to swap the bulkhead from one side to the other, now requiring the hardline to cross over the ring gear.

I have 2 ideas for getting around the issue and will probably document it on my next ARB gear install in Sept.

idea #1---possibly find enough room to drill and tap the brass bulkhead to the driver's side of the ring gear Much shorter run but room is tight.

idea #2----   drill/tap the bulkhead where ARB recommends but secure the tubing in 2 places to 'rigidize' the tubing from moving and route the tube in the small space between the ring gear and gasket mount surface.  Adding 2 clamps means adding 2 more drilled holes in the carrier also. I might use some "cushioned metal wire clamps like this....
