I had my locker go BOOM with stock birfs. Not fun. I upgrade to the eliminator kit and havent had any problems yet

How did upgrading to a birf eliminator kit help you with the locker you blew up with stock birfs?  :headscratch:

Oregon wheeler: I think with 35's in snow you should be ok with your stock birfs. they tend to go when you hammer down with the wheel cut hard. tune your driving to suit. IF  you blow up a stock birf, then i would say consider either a set of longfields or marlins cromo birfs. There not terribly hard to change using the camo method. <-- Search and thall shall find.
'99 SR5/TRD Tacoma w/5vzfe. SAS'd with 64" diamond axle (w/ long superset & ARB). about 5" of lift, 305/75 x16 BFG KM1's. Soon to come: 1.5" more lift (6.5"), 35 to 37" tire, undecided at this point., 63" F/F diamond rear, Marlin 4.7 tacobox.
