Toymin8tor, what sauce do you use for pulled pork sandwiches?  If home made, whats the recipe.  I'm gonna do a pulled pork and haven't found a sauce I like.  I like a good vinegar based flavor.

I usually don't do exact measurments but it is based on this recipe

2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup light-brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard powder
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup apple-cider vinegar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup

You will need to bring it up to a near boil to disolve the surgars.  You can adjust the amount of vinegar and brown sugar to your tastes.   You can also adjust the abount of water(or beer) to your desired thickness.

If you want a great store bought sauce get Sweet Baby Ray's and add some cider vinegar to it.

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
