it just alows you to disconnect the sway bar without useing tools. i have it. i like it. my rig used mto be my daily driver so a sway bar made it handle on the windy road i commute on. and off road the front end twists way better with the bar disconnected.
the one i have disconnects it at the axle side and i just push the bar up and out of the way.
it is just a couple of pipes with cross holes and two per pipe rods that are threaded on one side to bolt to the bar and axle and cross holes through them as well. then you use two pins through the cross holes to hold it all together.
i'll try and take some pics tonight if you want to see what they look like.
they aren't nececary. you canb just unbolt the sway bar before wheeling trips or go without one entirely.
it would be easy to make if you have access to a lathe.
