Now I am assuming you have a 3VZ-E out of the 93 4runner, but if you have something different there are other options.

If you have the length between your rear axle and the rear output of the transfer case.

This would be a dual transfer case setup with 2.28 gears in the crawl box and 2.56 gears in your chain drive case. 2.28x2.56=5.83

You will need a top shift transfer case out of a 4 cyl, a set of 4.7 gears and a 23 spline input shaft to connect to your R150f 5speed.
Adapter only. http://www.marlincrawler.com/transfer-case/t/c-adapters/1988-95-3vz-e-30-liter-v6-drivetrains
Complete case. http://www.marlincrawler.com/transfer-case/line-ups/single/gear-drive-right-hand-output
This would replace your chain drive case with a 4cyl 4.7 gear case only. Knowing that your CJ5 has a short wheelbase this may be your only option.
