You can make it what ever you want. The toyota rear springs up front would give you very little lift if you just used the stock 3 leaf pack with the over load removed. You will need to add a couple leafs to gain a little lift if you want to run high steer. If you are going to run some kind of low steer you can run a much flatter pack. As for the rear I don't think the f150s would give you alot of lift as the 4runners are pretty heavy. The most important thing is to figure out what main leafs you want to run. You can put what ever you want under them to get the ride height you want. Use the top two rear toyota leafs up front. They are very flexy and give you miliyary wrap.
 
As for the rear go to the pick and pull and have a look around. F 150s, s10, and rangers are all about 57" long and have similar arch. Keep an eye out for bronco II springs. These have more leafs than f150s so you can remove a leaf or two if you want less lift.

This is my brothers 4runner. It has toyota rears up front. Probably 3" of lift. This is about as low as you can go with high steer and an IFS frame.
