Sorry, your right I meant the Passenger side, the slave resides on the passenger side of the tranny. (Right Side of truck)
and yes that is to mount to a 95+ r150.
As for the 151 is the turbo diesel tranny a 151? :crossed:

No idea what's in the turbo diesel, so I can't help there.

But you'll need an older R150 (88-95) or an R151 to use with that Pass-side mount slave bellhousing...  The 95+ 150's wiith the longer input shaft will either need a new input shaft or a custom machined spacer...

Or... what I'd do...  Route the exhaust down the pass side like the stock manifolds do, with a cross over under the tranny infront of the Tcase back to the driver's side.  Then use your 95+ tranny/bellhousing and call it good.
