I had this similar problem with mine a while back and it ended up being a couple of clogged injectors. I checked by having the motor running and disconnected one spark plug wire at a time. If the motor bogged down then the cylinder was firing. If it didn't do anything then that is where the problem is. Just be careful when doing this because you can shock the crap out of yourself.
