The short answer is yes... Sort of...

You'll want to run either an R150 or 151 tranny.  Both of them, in the pre-taco form factor, have right side slaves.  The 150's in the Taco's have left side slaves - but you cannot use this bellhousing with an older 150 or a 151, as the input shaft on the Taco 150's is longer.

So find yourself a 150 out of a Taco/gen3 4Runner.  To bolt it up to the gear drive t-case, you'll need Marlin's 150->tcase adapter...
