i didnt check the nuts holding my 1.5" spacers on for a long time, and all the nuts had come a little loose the rotor was able to move back and forth a bit. i check them all the time now!  soon i will be adding IFS hubs on my axle with the wheel spacers also to widen my track ANOTHER 3 inches

How was your rotor mounted? It should have been mounted to the backside of the hub, with the studs pressed through it. Loose nuts or not, the rotor shouldn't have been able to move around like that. Check to make sure your studs havent wallowed out the holes in the wheel hub.
