Call me cazy but I pushed it to the max on mine and did the 94 mm bore.
I had all the block work done at LC Engineering so I know that is was done correctly and so far all is fine. I did however up grade the radiator to a dual 1" row aluminum radiator and put a 175* thermostat in to try to head off any cooling problems.
