I noticed this is a repost so the info below is probably not helpfull.  PM me and let me know exactly what your looking to find out.

Get a couple good wiring diagrams.  Year specefic.  The wiring really is pretty simple.  You just need to get a basic understanding of reading diagrams.  Make sure that you get the actual Toyota books, they are verry helpful.  Ebay is a good place to look.  Even at $30 a book it is money well spent.  As for offering help You would need to be more specific.  I wired an 03 3.4l into  an 86 runner.  I think all in all there were about 20 wires that had to be connected.  Be sure your connections are tight, and that you use shrink tube on them.  Dont use those crappy butt connectors from the home center.  I reccomend th non insulated crimp type conectors, but soldering will also work.  If you are not proficent at wiring, I suggest befriending someone who is.
