An 8" wide wheel is what you need to run so your good on that. I have 1.5" wheel spacers on my rig and I m running 35x14.5 boggers and I have had no issues but of course it will add stress because your putting the prybar effect on it. As far as millage on the LTB's Its like buying a Ferrari for the gas milage. LTB's are not good on the street because they are a soft tire with wide open voids between the tread blocks, the only reason they last at all is because the the tread depth is so deep. The LTB's are a biased ply tire and if you never owned one of these they are rough and though tire, over night they will create flat spots on the tire and ride like you are on a back road until they heat up. So if your not on the street a whole lot and off-road traction is a must it's a great tire, if your on the street allot you will hate the ride and you will be replacing tires more than you will like to.
