I was wondering if a A340F 4 speed automatic transmission would be good for crawlin. i have one with a t case. i was going to put it in my crawler but was not sure if its a good enough transmission. if it's not good for crawlin how much do those normally sell for?????

As long as it's the "F" model of the A340 you're good to go..They put those behind the 4.7L V8 and I can tell you I never had a problem with mine in the Tundra. You'll need Two adaptors not just one....Transmission:adaptor:crawlerboxe:adaptor:T/C.  Ok your good to go.

As for how I know they can stand up....Try lighting up all four tires for a slow speed doughnut smoke show..

It's impressive when you drift around the pavement from a dead stop. :driving: :burnout:
