how the hell did you get those 90's so nice? did you heat it up , add sand, what kind of pipe or tube?
W/the HF bender you have to use sand(really packed), the right size tube for the die, i.e., 1-5/8 inch tube for the 1-1/2 inch die, and as mentioned leaving the tube in the sun/heating them up w/torch.
