detroits are smooth and silent supposedly, ive never ran one though. they arent supposed to clack and make your truck lurch. thats why they are 500$ instead of like 250 or 300. unless you are getting a selectable for the rear, a detroit would be your best bet. as for the front, get a ratcheting locker or a selectable or limited slip or something. i dont know if you have ever driven a truck with full lockers front and rear, but you CANNOT TURN!!! some people say "oh well ill just get out and unlock my hubs when i need to turn." who the hell wants to unlock their hubs every time they want to turn? with full lockers front and rear your steering wheel almost just locks straight
so keep that in mind!
