You could buy the universal adapter thing that you splice your upper hose in half with and it has a hole for the sensor and then it comes with two hose clamps.
I was thinking of making something like that. Figure there is enough room on the hose.

Can't open the links from Autometer, the interent over on this base I'm at right now is being a pain in the @$$.  :shake:
