Wouldn't you only have to move the mounts on the frame and use the skid plate you have? The t-cases stay the same just the mount location will change cause the tranny is longer.

I don't think any other skid plate will make a difference cause your crossmember mount location stays the same.

Yes, this is true....but the question was, does anyone make a crossmember that is bolt in for this particular application.  Apparently not so I made my own brackets and it works fine.
