Not sure but 3/16" and 10mm line is the same OD so you can just get a 3/16" compression fitting and link them together. I had the same problem when i tried to hook up my jamar.
Compression fittings are not a great thing to use on braking systems, especially if they are brass. To soft and to high pressure, they can blow apart, especially under hard braking (panic).
