Ok... I'm still a bit of a noob when it comes to this stuff, so what would I need to set mine up besides a G/D case, MC08, T/C adaptor (bolt to R151F)?

You will need d-shaft work, front longer with a long slip joint and the rear made shorter. Some take the front shaft and have it made longer and run it in the rear. For the front they use the solid yoke U-joint from the rear shaft for the t-case end and get a long slip from one of the vendors (Marlin has them) of they make a d-shaft out of square trailer hitch receiver stock, the square shafts are not good for higher speed driving.
