I like it, especially if I can do it on a jig in the garage instead of in the driveway under the vehicle. Here's the last thing I built for another MR2 guy:

Normally it comes out of the header, goes left into a catalytic converter, loops 180 degrees to a long cylindrical muffler, and exits on the right side. This system was for a track car and he didn't want the cat, so this was a little simpler. Supposed to be as short and light as practical.
