The way out of that one is to tell them that due to the light-weight set up on the springs it can carry very little or it will bend the springs. 
Thats a good one. Ive offered to help people move in my 4runner but they don't think i can put anything in there, so im off the hook! lol
just stuck with help lifting heavy objects
Oh and just about any weight in the rear of the 4runner now, makes it sag a bit. Thanks LC coils!
