My 22re will smoke if the truck is pointed at the sky...all the oil from the pan goes into the #4 cylinder and it gets burned. No biggie...Comin off of the waterfall in Helldorado I had to take a deep breath and close my eyes and just keep it matted until I felt myself crest over the top.
