Keep the basic things like gas tank, radiator, W56 transmission, speedometer cable, instrument cluster, transfercase, etc.

You will have to relocate your clutch slave cylinder (W59 clutch slave cylinder) to the drivers side of your truck.
You will have to relocate both high press. and return fuel lines to the drivers side of your truck.
You might have to move your battery to a different location. If you leave it in the stock location, you will have to find a air filter that will fit atop the passengers side wheel well most likely.
Your charcoal canister (purge) might need to be relocated.
You will have to drill a 2nd hole on the passengers side of your engine bay fire wall for the ecu loom of the 3RZ.
