i have a set of front lift springs.  I think they used to be 4 inch springs, but they are probably 3 now, and I took out the very bottom leaf, so maybe 2 unless you put the bottom leaf from your existing pack in there.  They have poly bushings and are gonna cost you $20 for the pair if you want them.
