  It seems that the Army is suspending moving the tortoises, of the 556 they moved 90 are dead. Coyotes are killing them for an easy meal (duh) can't blame them though, they are just trying to survive and an easy meal is just that. Who'd have thought that those pesky Coyotes would do something like this.
