So you have no idea what model it is? Do you know what year it is at least or truck it came out of? I think you can check the identifing input bearing number and then you can determine what model it is.
Does it come with that t-case too? topshift or forward shift.
I dont know any of the history of it. its just extra parts I have laying around. transfer case comes with it.
