Brainless was duck hunting with a buddy of his and shot him in the head. He survived, and I quote: "I didn't hit anything vital". BLF was later the best man at his wedding. 
I told him if he did not make me best man I'd finsh the job!
and saved him $$ on not having to have some one poke him a hole for his ear ring.
