Sometimes the vacuum bleeders can't get all the air out.. Try getting a buddy and pressurizing the system old school. I'll bet you get brakes then. I've had the same issue before.
ive tried that too and it still did not get it, im going to try a few things tomorrow. ill let you know what happens. Thanks for the advice.
