Like White trash said, does it build pressure or always go to the floor?

If it builds some sort of pressure, I would bleed the master cylinder then do all the others...

If builds no pressure, most likely the master cyl is bad.

Is there any sort of leakage from the master cylinder around the back of it on the booster?
