High steer cuz you already have the ifs box.  You could get new rear springs for better flex and put your rear spings in the front with some extra leafs added.  Make a crossmember/hanger for the front.  Shackles and frame jig for the rear part of the front springs.  Torche or plasma cutter, welder, grinder with cutting and grinding discs, measuring tape is a must have.  Axle and then driveline mods.  not too much money i guess.  of course looks cheaper on paper.
