hey, if he's hurt, he's hurt... that's why i asked.... and should be compensated... there was recently a class action suit against fedex, i know people that i work with that got a nice $6k last christmas present......

im signing in on any class action lawsuit i can get in on now... thats free $ :)   i used to work for a division of bridgestone/firestone.... so i could get paid fat....



since you like your boss, jsut make sure everything is documented and taken care of.... would suck for the company to come back later and retroactive your pay or something

Yeah, and thats what worker's comp and medical insurance is for. 

It makes me sick how many people sign onto those stupid class action lawsuits, when they don't even really relate to them, they just meet the minimum requirements.  There is no such thing as free money.  Sure, it may be free to you, but the price of the class action lawsuits come in other ways, like an increase in the price of goods, the removal of goods from the market, lack of support for those goods, and so on.  Its the stupid, frivolous lawsuits that have caused everything to have warning labels on them, and so many good products to be removed from the market.  How about some personal pride and responsibility people?  :dunno:
