hey, if he's hurt, he's hurt... that's why i asked.... and should be compensated... there was recently a class action suit against fedex, i know people that i work with that got a nice $6k last christmas present......

im signing in on any class action lawsuit i can get in on now... thats free $    i used to work for a division of bridgestone/firestone.... so i could get paid fat....



since you like your boss, jsut make sure everything is documented and taken care of.... would suck for the company to come back later and retroactive your pay or something
