the CA and CCA is all pretty much the same... its more color preference and the marine one is waterproof so it doesnt short out? i think.

NO. i will educate yall if it's the last thing I do.
Red tops are starting batteries. that is all they are designed to do. High power, no good for a deep discharge situation.

Yellow tops are sort of a compromise battery. Mainly designed for marine starting and audio applications, they provide good cranking power and a good discharge rate.

Blue tops are a straight up deep cycle battery, designed for use in an RV or in a boat running a trolling motor. low cranking power with a long reserve capacity
