the shocks, and sping perches will bolt in place with no issue....
your ebrake cable will be short, and you will need to address that, i have seen some people space it over with an extra clevis pin (fordh8r runs this setup)
the inner axles from the 85 will not work, they will be too short, you must use 86+ inner axles
